Non-personalised items may be returned within the stated returns window if unused and still in resaleable condition.
Personalised and custom-made items are not usually returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible.
We will work with you on a suitable resolution, including replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
